Sidenote: In between transition times, they play a little rave music to get the crowed jumping and pumped for the next song.

So expect 10 songs, now that every band is back on the bill. This is in order and complete from Sacramento date of SILYMI. I also have some merch picture but not good quality but i’ll upload them. Remember to check back here for more tours, music news and also setlists and merch.

Breathe Carolina is back with their third studio album! The album called Hell Is What You Make It came out today and if you like the band you should pick it up! So i wanted to start this review by saying this album is a dance album and has some really good electronic work on it.

This new album is a mixture of the past two Breathe Carolina album’s and also vastly improves on areas they needed fixing on. David voice seems to shine more on this album as they focus more on that then Kyle’s voice but that is perfectly fine. Also his voice blends so well with the electronica sound they are going for. Kyle excels at the beats and electronica sound him and David have made, this album has an house and dubstep feel to it, for all of you fans out there of those genres then check this out! So personally i think they have improved vastly on there sound and made it more unique compared to most bands on the scene and they shine as one of the top electronica bands out there.

The lyrics are good for what Breathe Carolina is aiming for, they have a few party lyrically songs for example Blackout and Last Night are key examples of that. Then they have a personal song which will be the fan favorite which is called Lauren’s Song about there friend that died in a car crash. My personal favorite songs on this album were Wooly, Waiting and Lauren’s Song. This album is also very long which is another plus, since it seems most bands aim for a 30-40 minute album but this once comes in at 47 mins. So i highly recommend this album if your a fan of this band or if you want to get into the band, arguably this could be the best album they have made in there career. In Breathe Carolina career, if someone asks what their best album was, i would argue that Hell Is What You Make It is at the top of the list. I give this album a 4.5 stars out of 5 and i do that, since i feel they could have used Kyle’s screams more in the album to give it more of a heavier sound. Although some can argue his screams were in the album enough but that is my personal opinion.

New song from Breathe Carolina “Wooly” off their new album Hell Is What You Make It out on July 12th, 2011

“Blackout” is from the upcoming album “Hell Is What You Make It” which will release July 12th on Fearless Records. This is from Breathe Carolina.
